Teds II appears to be a biker hangout. They even have a huge banner up that says welcome bikers.
Don't let it's modest outside looks put you off. The food is good and hearty and affordable. At times the parking lot is too small and the cleanliness could be better. If you have no problem chowing down with Gnarly Dudes, this is a great breakfast place.
