Vietnamese Restaurants are just now becoming popular all over the U.S. We first tried Vietnamese food because our daughter was attending UCF in Orlando and she invited us to her favorite place near there.

We loved it. Pho Saigon (Pho is pronounced as Fa) opened September 2008 and it is really starting to pick up. It is conveniently located beachside, just over the bridge off I.S.B. on Peninsula Drive. Food is delicious and a good value as many meals are in the $7 to $10 range.

We started with the spring rolls, always excellent. I had fried fish with fried rice and vegetables. Others in our party had chicken curry and rice, Grilled Pork and Beef in vermicelli soup, and Clear & Egg noodle soup with bbq pork, shrimp, chicken and vegetables. The Vietnamese tea we found out was Jasmine and it was great as an iced tea or hot.

Decor is Beachy with a few dashes of Vietnam. It is clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restrooms clean and roomy. The parking area is a little tight.

After you cross the bridge take the first right turn onto Peninsula Drive and turn right (almost immediately) into the parking lot on the other side of the restaurant.
