We have eaten here two times. We wanted to be sure about what we thought. The food is OK and the staff is friendly and helpful, but we think they are trying to have too many items on the buffet. Freshness suffers.
Several other people have reviewed China Buffet and have liked it.
We have noticed that "all you can eat buffets" all suffer from freshness problems. It's the nature of the beast. We like our food freshly prepared where hot things are hot and juicy and cold things are cold and crisp. If an entree has been sitting under a lamp for 15 minutes, it just isn't the same as fresh from the kitchen, yet many folks love buffets.
